Trying out the TFT Dash on a Honda Firestorm VTR1000. It turns out the wiring is not too different from the Fazer 1000 for which the TFT was originally designed. In this video I go through the differences, a bit more detail on how it connects to the bikes wiring and how it mounts on the frame.

Decided to take out my DPF and flush it out and unblock it. I was getting the dreaded DPF warning light on my car for a while - I later learn that this DPF warning light is triggered once you've gone over 250000km. I go through the process of resetting the BMW cars computer so that it now behaves as if a new DPF was installed.

The last video in this series detailing the final assembly of a TFT Dash before it's dispatched to its future home/bike. This video details installation of the control buttons, light sensor, and finally making up the waterproof covering screens which are sealed over the top of the unit.

Today's video details finishing off stage 1 assembly, performing a full boot up, and testing all bike inputs. The display is mounted, and covering enclosure is installed. The TFT Dash is then prepared for final assembly.

This video details the mounting and connecting of the boards, loading the TFT Dash OS image and firmware and getting the boards conformal coated with weatherproof acrylic coating. Going through the tests I'm currently doing to determine if it's possible for the TFT Dash to work on FZS600. The wiring is the same, mounting is the same so this is the next logical step for the TFT Dash.
